What payment methods do you accept?
Paid subscriptions require a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or a SEPA direct debit mandate. We only accept online payments. No payments are refundable.
Are there discounts for annual plans?
Yes! If you pay one year in advance, you save 10% compared to monthly payment. This means you get 12 months of use for the price of 11.
What is an organization?
On Osponso, an organization is an entity that organizes projects. For example, for a festival, the organization will be the organizing entity (a company or association), each project of the organization will correspond to the festival's editions.
I need multiple organizations, do you offer custom plans?
